About Le Chocolate Fountain
Our Machines
Our machines are made by a top manufacturer who supplies worldwide. Our 44” fountains look fantastic and are one of the tallest around! Our equipment is fully PAT Tested and we hold full Public Liability Insurance.
Our Operators
Our uniformed operators are fully trained and hold current food hygiene certificates. They will ensure the fountain runs smoothly throughout the duration and will replenish the dips and keep the display tidy and presentable. Our operators will also be at hand to take photographs of your guests having a ‘dip’, these will be supplied to you on a disc after the event.
Our Chocolate
We use only the best Couverture Belgian Chocolate specially formulated for Chocolate Fountains with a high percentage of cocoa butter in order to ensure the smooth running of the chocolate. We do NOT add any oil to the chocolate like other companies as this spoils the taste. This is a cheaper alternative that we do not use.
